We are part of the JSW Group, a multinational conglomerate with a portfolio of diversified businesses across various sectors such as steel, energy, maritime, infrastructure, defence, business-to-business e-commerce, realty, paints, sports and venture capital. We benefit from our access to other companies that are part of the JSW Group. For example, we source key raw materials such as blast furnace slag from JSW Steel Limited and power from JSW Energy Limited for our operations. As part of the JSW Group, we benefit from synergies with the long established “JSW” brand.
We started our operations in 2009 in the southern region of India through our single grinding unit in Vijayanagar, Karnataka. Since then, we have expanded our presence across the southern, western and eastern regions of India and UAE. Our product portfolio consists of blended cement including Portland Slag Cement (PSC), Portland Composite Cement (PCC) and Portland Pozzolona Cement(PPC), GGBS, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), clinker and a range of allied cementitious products such as ready mix concrete (RMC), screened slag, construction chemicals and waterproofing compounds.
As of October 6, 2026, we have an Installed Grinding Capacity of 25.1 MMTPA, comprising 11.00 MMTPA in the South, 4.50 MMTPA in the West, 6.10 MMTPA in the East, and 3.5 MMTPA in the North. We also have an Installed Clinker Capacity of 9.74 MMTPA, comprising 2.81 MMTPA in the South, 2.31 MMTPA in the West, 1.32 MMTPA in the East, and 3.30 MMTPA in the North, reinforcing our pan-India manufacturing footprint.
We are among the fastest growing cement companies in India in terms of increase in installed grinding capacity and sales volume. We are also India’s largest manufacturer of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), an eco-friendly product produced entirely from blast furnace slag, with a national market share in terms of GGBS sales of approximately 84% in Fiscal 2025.
